A dilapidated original terrace and adjoining vacant lot were transformed into a 10m wide ‘super
terrace’ in this intricate heritage project. Steele Associates painstakingly restored the existing terrace, creating a grand exterior worthy of the prestigious Paddington location. A second identical terrace frontage was added to meet strict heritage requirements, and blends perfectly with the Victorian street scape.
